Please register at the link above. After registering, you will be redirected to a page to pay the conference fee. You can edit your registration once submitted by using the login details you will receive by email. 

Registration deadlines:

• Early bird (until 19 December): 100 EUR

• Standard registration (20-December-18 January): 110 EUR

• Late registration (after 19 January): 130 EUR

Visa letter: If you request a letter of invitation for visa purposes please contact the organizing committee at your earliest convenience. 

If, due to exceptional circumstances, you would like to request your conference fee to be waived, please contact the organising committee.

Abstracts

The deadline for submitting abstracts is the 18th of January 2026.

You will be able to edit your abstract once submitted. 

You will still be able to edit your abstract until the 25th of January 2026.
